holistic health is a boon

Health is the core part of life; it is not only limited to physical ,  but it also concerns mental as
well as a state of complete physical ,mental and social well being and not merely the absence
of disease or infirmity. A healthy  body can be occurred through regular efforts like doing  yoga
, exercise , meditation so that proper balance  between physical and mental and emotional can
be achieved 
Nowadays people are busy with their routine work , and people neglect their health in a busy
schedule to achieve a healthy body. We should be aware that the word wellness is concerned
with living a healthy lifestyle. Small small efforts in a day can change our life and make it worth living.
Holistic health is all about caring for the whole person’s body providing for your physical,
mental, spiritual, and social needs. It's  deep seated in the understanding that all these aspects
affect your overall health, and being unwell in one aspect affects you in others.
. 
The intake of medicine during a disease  can affect that particular organ and slow down its
working of the organ but if we chose holistic medicine which treats the diseases through
natural things by which our body is made up of and it works on the causes of diseases and
treat the diseases and treat the distance on the root level . so that it can be fully cured .
So holistic medicine is a type of healing that considers the whole body, mind, spirit, and emotions in the pursuit for
optimal health and wellness of the person.

its root cause not just to reduce its infected organ pain. It is the best way of treatment because
there is very little change of any side effects  of medicines.
